Couples therapy isn't just for relationships on the brink of collapse, but a proactive step towards maintaining a healthy relationship with your partner. Work with Adhoc Therapy means helping you  navigate communication roadblocks, address intimacy challenges, and unearth the root causes of conflict. Together, you will learn how to express yourselves and promote safety within your communications, foster respect and empathy, and build through a system to navigate conflicts within the relationship. 

 

Pricing

Therapy: $200-250
Coaching: $200

Couples Therapy: $350

  • Coaching: Focuses on future goals & personal development. Helps individuals gain clarity, set strategies, & overcome obstacles to achieve their aspirations. Coaching is more directive, action-oriented, and really helps a client achieve their set goals through strategizing.

    Therapy: Addresses past experiences & emotional well-being. Therapy is addressing emotional processing, uncovering psychological defense mechanisms, etc.

  • Each session is 50-minutes long, with a 10-minute window to allow for things such as organizing schedules or addressing crisis situations if needed.

  • Currently, we are an out-of-network(OON) provider and are not partnered with any insurance provider. However, we partnered up with Thrizer to help you identify if you have any out-of-network benefits that can be used to pay for your treatment.

  • We have a tool through Thrizer that allows us to check to see your benefits, your current deductible amount, and how much “allowable” benefits you have to pay for the cost of therapy.

Walk-and-Talk

  • Getting started is simply, simply click here, fill out the confidential form, and schedule your meet and greet. When you are happy with your therapist, we will get you the initial paperwork to sign and you are ready for your first therapy session!

  • The meet and greet is exactly that, an opportunity to get to meet your therapist, ask them questions about their approach and get a sense of their vibes. We always say that this is not a therapy session but rather a get-to-know-you so that we can best help you out.

  • We are not paneled with any insurance during this time, but that’s what makes us different! Since we are a “private pay” we get to custom tailor our approach to you without being limited on things such as how many sessions you can do, modern approaches we take, and most importantly, the above and beyond care we provide. We CAN however help you access your out-of-network (OON) benefits that are through your insurance to pay for therapy.

  • We partnered up with an amazing provider called Thrizer and they help you find out your OON benefits, work with you with your deductible, and process the payments for you so you can just sit back, relax, and enjoy your sessions without worrying about insurance.

FAQS

  • Since everyone’s therapy journey is individualized, it can vary depending on your goals, how challenging it will be, and where you currently are. Typically, 1x/week is a common cadence, but it can also be bi-weekly or even once a month.

  • We pride ourselves for being flexible with our schedule. However, we are humans too and our time is limited. We ask that you give us a notice of cancellation at least 24-hours in advance either via text, call, or email.

  • Absolutely! Therapy is a safe space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and hardships – as such you deserve privacy. You as a consumer are protected by HIPAA and have right to the confidential information you choose to share.

  • Therapy isn’t just about how great a therapist is but the connection that you make with them. If you don’t connect with your therapist, simply let us know, and we will match you with the right one.
