Medication Management that is personalized, strength-based, and informed. Tailored prescribing for an optimal you.

What is Medication Management?

Medication management is the process of using pharmacology as a tool to alleviate symptoms associated with mental health conditions. It's a collaborative process where we discuss your current challenges, determine your goals, and create a treatment plan that aligns with your needs. This includes evaluating your mental health history, tailoring dosages, monitoring side effects, and making adjustments as needed. The ultimate aim? To achieve optimal results and empower you to effectively manage your mental well-being.

What is holistic Medication Management?

Adhoc Therapy takes a different approach to medication management. We believe medications are an adjunct, a helpful tool, rather than the foundation of your treatment. This means we focus on empowering you to create realistic lifestyle changes that lead to your optimal self.

Our medication management is holistic, strength-based, and tailored to your individual needs. We support you with consistent check-ins, incorporating skill-building activities into sessions, and promoting the integration of these new behaviors for holistic health growth.
